Iluminado “Nomie” Sangalang passed away peacefully November 29, 2015 at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Herminia Sangalang; loving father of Minerva Sangalang-Eshabarr, Rosanna Sangalang and Bernadette Sangalang; grandfather of Julius Eshabarr.

Iluminado worked at Grand Hyatt San Francisco for 30 years until he retired in 2004. He was a dedicated and loving husband, father, grandfather and friend, always making us laugh.

Friends and family may visit Thursday, December 3, 2015 from 4-9pm and are invited to attend the Vigil Service Thursday at 7pm at Duggan’s Serra Mortuary, 500 Westlake Ave, Daly City. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday December 4, 2015 at 12pm at St. Anne of the Sunset Church, 850 Judah St, San Francisco. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma.
