Guitarists Sachin Shenolikar and Joe Charupakorn, bassist Hiro Odaira and drummer Yoshiaki Makino of The Condescending Liberals will perform in the upstairs lounge of Pianos, 158 Ludlow St. (at Stanton) on the Lower East Side at 7:00 pm (45-minute set) on Wednesday, March 25, 2015.  Special guest Ren Hsieh on vocals for some new tunes. No cover.

Lia starred as Carole Barbara in Lorey Hayes’ Power Play at the 2013 National Black Theatre Festival in Winston-Salem, N.C., with Pauletta Pearson Washington, Roscoe Orman, and made her jazz vocalist debut in Rome Neal’s Banana Puddin’ Jazz “LADY” at the Nuyorican Poets Cafe in New York. She is profiled in Jade Magazine.
