The scenic design is by Louisa Thompson, costume design by Jessica Pabst, lighting design by Matt Frey, original sound design by Matt Tierney and original music by Peter Eldridge.
At the center of “This” is Jane (Burrows), a widow and single mom, who along with her circle of three friends, is warily approaching “middle age.” As Jane’s long time friends — a jazz singer and carpenter struggling as new parents and an eccentric mnemonist, attempt to help Jane come to terms with life without her husband, they begin to realize the unhappiness and lack of fulfillment in their own lives.
Tickets for “This” are available by calling (213) 628-2772, online at www.CenterTheatreGroup.org, in person at the Center Theatre Group box office at the Ahmanson Theatre or two hours prior to “This” performances at the Kirk Douglas Theatre box office.
