The Los Angeles based Lee & Wang Dance will present Gale Winds & Turiya in the third annual WAVE RISING SERIES with performances on October 29, 30, November 1 and 2, at WHITE WAVE’s John Ryan Theater in Brooklyn. The Lee and Wang Dance Company features dancers Marina Fukushima, Lenora Lee and Elaine Wang, with fue and taiko accompaniment by New York based musician Kaoru Watanabe.

The Wave Rising Series presents 20 dance companies from Switzerland, France, Iceland, the United Kingdom, Korea and across the United States. The series is selected and tightly curated by Young Soon Kim and an eight-member selection panel of prominent figures from the dance world.
